Hi, When I attempt to purcase this item it tells me delivery to Victoria is not permitted. Wondering if this is the case or that there is a problem. regards Christine

hi elpaige, i just tested one and it seemed to work ok, can you try restarting the pc? or maybe try a different browser? please call us on 02-9748 0600 if you still have problems. thanks ray

hi again elpaige, could it be that an incorrect postcode was entered by mistake? have you changed your shipping address recently? you can try the "load mine" button and see if that brings up your address, and then double check the address. cheers ray
