Finally you can have one universal battery charger that does it all, whatever it is, howev ...Price: $29.88

A couple of quick questios: 1) I can't really tell if it does or doesn't charge each cell individually? The output voltage being a 4 cell voltage only confused things. 2) As it appears to have an AC adapter, what's the voltage output of that? If it's 12V any reason it couldn't be used in a vehicle?

1) i had a look at the package, it does mention it can charge 1-4 cells, that i think means it can charge individual cell 2) ac adapter has 12v output, so i guess you can use it in a car, provided you have a car cigarret adapter, which it does not come with
