Postage is also reasonable. How long do you have to wait for the $150 cashback?

hi garryw00, thanks. i am not 100% sure how long the wait is for the $149 cash back, but don't suppose it should be too long, however, i would suggest all customer claim their cash back asap to avoid any potential troubles associated with expiry date etc (which i believe is middle of next month, but not sure cheers raymond

I would never purchase an item that offers cashback. It flies in the face of reason why anyone would. Cashback makes its money from "slippage" the term used when people dont claim or mess their claim up. Cashback has been banned in South Australia since 2006. Look up Cashback for yourself to see and read the truth. I looked at the Acer cashback and wasnt impressed with it one bit. Im surprised that OZSTOCK would risk its reputation reliabilty and integrity for this type of sale promotion. Cashback is a company in the USA.

thanks for your comments. our supplier has sold hundreds (maybe thousands) of this notebook but never seems to have any complaint or trouble regarding cash back, although i haven't done it myself personally (i have already had a laptop). but i guess acer is not a small company (like we are), even we care 120% about our reputation, i would imagine acer would too, so i can't see why they would do anything that would be harmful to themselves...saying all that, i would be more than happy to help anyone who might be having problems with the cashback scheme (not that i can offer cash back myself but just like to help). fyi, we have also sold many notebooks so far and haven't had a problem reported to us yet (touch wood!). please email us at admin@ozstock.com.au if you have any problems. remember though, cashback does EXPIRE, and our supplier told us it would be end of this month, so, don't put it off too long to claim. lots and lots of other reputable companies (such as HP, IBM, .....) are also offering, or have offered cashback scheme....... cheers ray
