Could I monitor it on my Iphone while online?

My ip camera is now connected to my network by wire BUT the image is completely out of focus. Also the pan and tilt controls do not work. Has anyone got this working on WIN 7?

I purchased a product: 12-LED HD 720P Wireless IP/Network Camera , unit price: $62.98 and the software was so bad because it had install instructions for the English part in 2 languages, English on some install buttons and Chinese on others. I had no idea if I was select the right buttons. By guessing I managed to install it and it was near impossible to get the software to recognise the camera. They advertised a 1.000 megapixel came and delivered me a 0.300 megapixel camera and the box had that it was a 720P. It wasn't and the camera bar code used in downloading software sent me off to Jet Propulsion Labs (JPL) in America. This whole experience has been reflection on this company and it would be nice if they left the item on screen so I could show PayPal their false advert. I have taken a complaint issue through PayPal as they would not even reply the email address supplied. I dumped another company for the same poor sales practise. You decide!
