Just curious if anybody knows that this product works?
I have bought these av sender receiver onces before. The work in terms of transmitting the audio and video. However, the remote control feature didn't work and also the main tv in the other room had to be turned on as well. So, it was just a waste of energy.
So, just curious whether this actually work or not.

hi ashish_deepak@h,
generally speaking most av sender/receiver kits support ir remote relaying which means you can control your source from where the receiver is, i haven't used this one but there is no reason i would doubt it won't work, in fact, according to the supplier, it works with foxtel iq1/iq2, which usually is the most difficult part to achieve.
in regards to "the main tv must be on", that is not quite true, unless you specifically want to transmit tv signal. basically, any source you want to transmit, you would need to have some sort of source av input into the sender in the form of rca input, including tv signal. but if you want to transmit dvd/vcr/games/...whatever, then only the dvd/vcr/games...whatever need to be on, you get what i mean?
thanks
