Hi Ray I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and received it thank you. I emailed you about no battery because when I booted it up it said it didn?t have one. I did as you suggested and you were correct I charged for a few hours and was able to boot it up. However each time I boot it up I get as far as the blancco report details and nothing else. I?ve hit exit to bypass the standard boot up (which leads to blancco report details) and doesn?t start windows 7 pro. I have nothing to work with and not able to use the computer. I?m no computer expert but have a degree in graphic design so somewhat computer literate to know window 7 pro has not been loaded on the computer. Please advise. Thanks Tanja
