I have just used this super snake and what a load of rubbish it is! The end that is suppose to remove the hair is just a small piece of velcro glued on the end of the wire. So when the snake is used a couple of times then removed from the drain a piece of velcro fell off down the drain!! A total waste of money for the postage. I hope the velcro doesn't block my drain and I have a plumbers bill. Basically the product doesn't do what it claims.
