It searches for diffrent channels but says 0 channels detected. Do i need to give any specifc frequency to search in Australia.

My computer will not recognize unit on USB port. Can not get it to work on three different computers that I have tried it on. Not very happy. Serial number is on very small piece of paper in plastic packet that encloses CD.
