This was a complete waste of money. I filled it, inserted new batteries, the dispenser struggled to 'prime' itself, I got a tiny dribble of soap out of it - and then it died.
As has happened before, I spent money that I couldn't really afford to waste because I thought it would be easier for my arthritic hands.
As I'm housebound I was unable to get to the post office to return it for a refund, so just threw it out. I'll think twice next time, or try the dispenser that is being advertised a lot on T.V. that comes when you buy disinfectant soap - I think it was Dettol, but could be wrong.
I gather it is re-usable, and is a much better deal.

I just purchased one of these things and they are crap. There is not enough power in the batteries to push the soap liquid . Do you give refund?

Received my order of 2 of these yesterday. THEY ARE TOTAL RUBBISH. Thinking that the liquid soap was too thick I tried it with water. It made all the noises and played a tune but NOT A DROP OF LIQUID CAME OUT. I want my money back and will think twice about buying anything from Ozstock in the future

I also purchased one of these and like sydpinman thought that the liquid soap maybe too thick and added a little water - this made no difference I still only got a tiny dribble of soap. I only wish that I had looked at all these comments before I purchased it and I certainly would not have wasted my money. To send it back for a refund would cost too much in postage, so am just left with a 'white elephant'. Certainly far from impressed and will definitely think twice before purchasing anything else from OzStock.
