This also happened with a previous universal adapter you posted that we purchased that was useless once it arrived. Package includes 10 adapters, but screen shot of adapter chart has 19 adapters - just like last time, the packaging on the last adapter showed 15 adapters but only the first 10 were included in the box and we needed No. 13. What adapters do we get? More care needs to be taken in detailing your listing.

hi aml276, i think last listing also had 10 adapters only, nothing was missing, the ad should have made that clear, however, i do understand your point because the packaging/or manual might have said something different, that is why we did not simply copy the packaging information. having said that, we do regret the inconvenience caused by the manufacturer not being consistant in the packaging/manual info, this time round i believe the info should have been updated, and i can confirm there are 10 adapters only and please refer to the included chart for further details. thanks ray

hi aml276, my bad!! i just double checked the packaging, and yes you are right, the chart is still showing 19 tips, which is sort of an "universal" packaging for all of their models i guess, we have now modified the chart to reflect only the actual included tips. my sincere apologies to you, and to everyone else who might have been misled by the incorrect info! again, if there is any issue with your item based on the incorrect info (or for any other problems for that matter) you are welcome to contact our support team, we will be more than happy to find a solution. thanks ray

Is this compatible with an HP 530 laptop?

hi CoryNZ, unfortunately i don't have the info as to exactly what models are supported and what aren't, it appears HP/Compaq's are supported by the connector A, but please double check your HP connector specs to make sure they match the specs in the chart. sorry i can't be more helpful! thanks ray

Did not receive all the listed adaptors with the Universal Power Adaptor,on order #50170980. Specifically purchased item to use with HP laptop and this adaptor is missing. Can you please supply the missing adaptors if I list them for you? Kind regards, Chris
