Q: 2. Why one stock a day? |
A: Well, think of our daily stock as one super special of the day, therefore we’d rather put our main efforts into finding one ridiculously genuine super bargain a day for you, than a few ordinary ones. Plus we must admit even with our special noses to sniff a great deal, we simply can’t guarantee we will be able to find 10 such deals every single day. |

Q: 3. What payment methods are accepted? |
A: Currently we accept Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Deposit/Transfer, Cash/EFTPOS. Please note, you can also use Bank Account/Visa/Mastercard to make Paypal payments. Details will be displayed in check-out. Please note cash/EFTPOS payment is only possible if you choose to pick up order and if such option is offered in the check-out process. |

Q: 4. Do I have to have a Paypal account to make payment? |
A: No! As mentioned in the answer to Q3, we also accept Visa/Mastercard, Bank Deposit/Transfer, Cash/EFTPOS/Visa/Mastercard on pickup. See Q3 above for details. |

Q: 5. Can I use my bank account (e.g. cheque/savings...) to make payment? |
A: Yes. You can use your bank account to make payments via Internet transfer, or use it to make Paypal payments, or use EFTPOS on pickup. |

A: Yes. You can use Visa or Mastercard (directly or via Paypal), or on pickup. |

Q: 7. Is it safe to use my credit card? |
A: Yes, absolutely! If you choose Visa/Mastercard as the payment method, at the end of the check-out process, you will be redirected to the bank’s secure payment gateway, where your credit card is verified and processed securely by the bank (St. George Bank in this case). Ozstock.com.au does not process, or hold any information of your credit card. |

Q: 8. Do I need to register with ozstock.com.au to be able to buy? |
A: Yes. It takes only seconds, literally, and all you need is a valid email address. Of course we need your shipping address later when you check out. After you register, you can buy products, track your orders, change your delivery location, update your personal info and upload photos for Forum, Blog, etc. |

Q: 9. Can I pick up my order? |
A: Yes, you can, from our warehouse in Silverwater Sydney 2128, within 3 days of purchase. Well, let me elaborate a bit, in some cases, where stock is strictly limited, immediate online payment at time of purchase is required even if you want to pick up, as we can’t hold the stock for your order if your payment hasn’t been received and cleared. We feel that this is necessary to ensure others also have a fair go at buying the product. When stock is abundant, you are welcome to pay cash (no EFTPOS) at pickup. All these will be clearly marked at checkout. |

Q: 10. When do I have to pay for my purchase? |
A: In most cases, you must pay for your order immediately to ensure stock availability as our system will not be able to hold the stock for you until your payment has been received. We feel that this is necessary to ensure others also have a fair go at buying the product. The only exception to this is when you selected "pick up product at ozstock warehouse" and "Cash at pickup". |

Q: 11. Can I purchase now and pay later? |
A: In most cases the answer is No. You will not be able to make purchase now and then pay for it at a later stage, you must pay immediately in order to secure the stock for your order. This is to ensure fairness for other buyers and to prevent double payments for the same order. Hint: if for whatever reasons you can not proceed to make payment after the purchase, or if you simply forgot the payment step and exited the check-out process prematurely, all you need to do is to make a fresh purchase again and then proceed to payment immediately after. The only exception to this is "cash at pickup" if such option is offered. |

Q: 12. What about warranty? |
A: We provide warranty on all products we sell, be it manufacturer’s or Ozstock’s warranty. Please refer to the ad of the day and “terms and conditions” for details. |

Q: 13. Can I return the product if I don’t like it? |
A: Well, we are so confident that you will like your purchase so much that you won’t want to give it back to us (as it is such a bargain!). But let’s just say in the unlikely event that you don’t want to keep the bargain, and don’t want to give it to your friends or relatives, and don’t want to sell it to make some profit (which in most cases you can!), we do have a 14-day money back guarantee on most products we sell (refer to the ad of the day and “terms and conditions” for details). |

Q: 14. How long will it take to receive my order? |
A: At Ozstock, we stock the item before we sell it, so you won’t wait too long before you get your order. We generally ship your order via Aust Post or other reputable courier services within 1 or 2 working days of receiving and clearing your payment (Paypal e-check requires clearing!). It should then take 1-10 working days to arrive at your place after that, depending on location of course. |

Q: 15. Do you ship to PO boxes? |
A: Yes we do, we ship to both street addresses and PO boxes, using either Aust Post or other reputable couriers. |

A: Yes. We offer combined shipping for multiple items on most products to save you shipping fee. If combined shipping is offered on the product, “50% off shipping fee on additional items” will be clearly displayed in the ad. Please note, combined shipping is only available for multiple items on the SAME order. |

A: Most likely the e-check is still being cleared. e-check could take up to 10 working days to clear. Order will be shipped as soon as payment is cleared. |

A: No, not on this website, unless we relist it, which won’t happen too often (so don’t hold your breath). In fact, some of the great deals will probably never be seen again. Once they are gone, they are gone. For some products, we may have other websites for you to buy same or similar from (check www.ozab.com.au), but definitely at a higher price and subject to stock availability! |
