hi jake, sorry for the late reply! you can leave a note with us in check-out, we will endeavour to meet your request in terms of colour/style/size etc, but depending on quantity of each available colour/style/size we regret to say that we can not guarantee your request will definitely be fullfiled (although we will try our best as always). please understand that this is mainly due to system limitations more than anything else, which we are currently addressing and hopefully in the future customers can easily choose colour/style/design/size etc....but for the time being please bear with us, and my apologies if this is causing inconvenience. cheers ray

Dear Ray, thanks for your reply. I have another request. I brought the mp4 player last early this week and in the booklet it says video files have to be converted to .amv to be played in the player and that the converter is on the "CD" there is no cd included in the package, subsequently I'm unable to load a video file that will be recognised by the player and there does not seem to be a way to access the ' root' folder from the pc or the player itself other than to play the two sample movie files that came with the player. Can you offer the cd or it's online equivelent So I may convert my video to .amv and use the player? Thank you. Jake
