received my watch. Plugged into Computer to charge.
Initial screen showed charging in process. came back two hours latter...screen blank.
can not activate watch. Advice please.

bought this watch plugged in to charge and nothing wont even turn on and cant get in touch with anyone to send back to replace, where do i send??
