You can get Kensington refills on eBay for $4.95 for 50 Labels plus $2 postage. They come from the NT in Australia

hi allan_li,
the software works with windows xp and vista (and windows 95/98/nt), i haven't tried windows 7 but would think it should work with 32bit version.
