Last time I "bought" this item it was DOA, couldn't get it to switch on at all. Sent an email to Ozstock to let them know, and didn't even get a response. Recommend you don't bother with this junk.

hi juzdownunder, thanks for your message. i just checked with our customer service, there did not seem to be any email coming from you (based on your email address on record with us), could you please give me more details such as which email address you sent to and when, and which email address you sent from etc. so that i can investigate further? we always reply to emails, although sometimes there maybe a delay e.g. over weekends or public holidays etc., customers are also welcome to call us on 02-9748 0600 if you need instant assistance, that is what we have the phone number for. we can send you another one if the item is DOA, we did test the product and it worked fine, maybe yours was just faulty, which i do apologize for, but please let us know so that we can help you, which we always will. thanks ray

I have just ordered 2 to give as gifts so shall see what happens. I do agree, though, that there are sometime faulty ones that turn upin a batch. The best thing to do is to inform the seller and most often a replacement is arranged. Anyway I shall let you know how they "go"!

I didn't find this product much good. Sure it turned on, tried it out on my leg, and it didn't even show signs of shaving A hair. I didn't even bother giving it to my husband, he's negative enough about these 'free' items.

I got one of these too and same as above, it just vibrates, it doesn't shave at all.
