I cannot check-out either.. I press BUY button & go to the check-out page, check paypal as a payment method, and press Checkout button.. the page refreshes but there's no change, I'm still on the same checkout page. Anyone else having this problem??

If you can't check out and you've just signed up, you need to update your delivery information before checking out... Hope this helps.
