just normal RCA audio jacks are fine, because the transmitter can cater for both

Hi are pictures 2 and 3 the same item and how does it work from the tv.It has wires to the radio, what plugs in when useing the TV

yes pictures 2 and 3 are the same item. picture 2 shows the receiver and the earphones, picture 3 shows the transmitter (back side). you just plug the transmitter to the tv audio outs and then listen to it from the earphones which is connected to the receiver.
